4. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of services. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

We provide basic insurance coverage for all items transported. Clients may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost to ensure adequate protection for high-value items.
